Come join us in this much needed conversation, “It’s Time for Healing… Understanding Mental Health in the Black Community” Our panel will include a variety of black professional women who are focused on services to help heal our community in areas of wellness for the mind, body and soul. We will have a licensed therapist, certified relationship life coach, certified leadership trainer/author and a Holistic Acupuncturist. The ladies will be sharing their experiences as well as answering all of your questions to begin breaking down some of those mental and physical barriers to healing and erase the stigma attached to mental health. There will be a candid conversation about the areas that impact a healthy lifestyle and how it relates to your daily decisions and lifestyle choices. Let’s put an end to the elephant in the room and start healing on the inside and find out where these resources and services are available! See you there!
