In order to discover your best and healthiest self, you need to really look from a Holistic view. This is an integrative mind-body approach that looks at the person as a 'whole'; the physical, mental and spiritual parts that combine to make up all that is you. This method works to improve your overall health and might include changes to your nutritional patterns, relationships, physical exercise, spirituality and more.
